The Monthly Invoice enables frequent shoppers to collect & pay all their purchases together with one click.


EXPERIENCE

I led the e2e purchase experience for the Monthly Invoice payment method, from the point of purchase at the checkout (inc. AML KYC) to the post-purchase experience (invoice visualisation & management, dunning, debt collection & surrounding comms).
