‘Myia’ (My intelligent assistant) converses with users and learns their preferences, enhancing everyday tasks by delivering personalised experiences that reduce time, cost and effort.

EXPERIENCE

🤖 Responsive design of the core ‘Myia’ eCommerce experience, with focus on Cart + Checkout flows

🚀 Collaborated with big global brands to conceptualise how ‘Myia’ could bring their customers more personalised experiences across Travel, Banking, Farming and Health industries

🖥 Defined the Desktop design system in collab with the mobile counterpart

🙌 Worked alongside Wally Brill (now Head of Conversational Design at Google), to assist in the design of the natural language interface – including persona definition and voice talent casting
